My story is much bigger than trading. If you are new here and working out whether to trust me, this is the short version.

The road here

Entrepreneurship, family, faith, loss, failure and rebuilding. I have had setbacks that looked like the end at the time, and they turned out to be the foundation for something with a lot more purpose behind it.

03 The hard question

“What is your accuracy?”

Everybody asks it and they should. Here is my straight answer, including the part most people in this business will not tell you.

I do not publish a win rate

Not because it is bad. Because I cannot prove it, and neither can anybody else quoting you one. I have no audited account behind me. The people showing you ninety percent on a graphic do not have one either. A number nobody can check is worth exactly nothing, and if I put one up you would be right not to believe it.

So I am not going to insult you with one.

Here is what I give you instead

Watch me trade it live before you give me anything at all. Every call I make comes with the level and the reason attached, so you can follow the logic yourself instead of taking my word for it.

If the thinking does not hold up when you watch it, you will see that for yourself, and you should walk. That is a better test than any percentage on a sales page.

01 The story

“I’m not self-made. I’m team-made.”

Richard Hall Jr. is the first educator in 1House.TV history to pass 100,000 views, 1House Global’s Educator of the Year for 2023, and the creator of the Market Bully Strategy and the Olympus Scanner.

More than 10,000 students have learned to read a chart from him. Most of them know him as Pops.

Before the charts

He was an entrepreneur long before he was a trader. He sold for Sysco and U.S. Food Service, then walked away to build Hot Shots Mobile Detail, a business that ran on hustle, relationships and a reputation strong enough to earn a high-profile client list. Real estate came next, and with it a move to Las Vegas at the height of the boom.

Then the financial crisis arrived. The investments went, and so did the life he had built around them. He started over, and not for the last time. What he took from it has shaped everything since: earning money and understanding money are two different skills, and only one of them survives a bad year.

How trading found him

Trading came into the house through his daughter, and at first he was skeptical. Curiosity turned into study, and study into one question he could not put down: why do traders keep making the same mistakes, and can this be made simple enough for everyday people to learn?

He went at the market the way he had gone at every business. Study it, break it down, find the pattern, test it, simplify it. What came out was the Market Bully Strategy, a structured way to read price built on Fibonacci levels, market structure, trend, confirmation and disciplined risk management. It was never about predicting every move. It was about knowing where the opportunity is, and what you stand to lose, before you act.

From trader to teacher

His gift turned out to be translation. He takes ideas that sound complicated and says them in the language people actually use. That turned a trader into an educator, and an educator into a community builder. He built the Olympus Scanner as training wheels: a tool that helps a newer trader see what he sees, until they can see it on their own.

People he taught now teach rooms of their own. In 2023 1House Global named him Educator of the Year, and that October Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove of California’s 37th District recognised his financial literacy and youth development work in Los Angeles. He has since become the first educator in 1House.TV history to pass 100,000 views.

What a Market Bully is

The name has never meant bullying the market. It means refusing to let the market, or life, bully you. Disciplined enough to wait. Confident enough to execute. Humble enough to manage risk. Strong enough to take a loss, and resilient enough to come back tomorrow.

He teaches that risk management comes before reward, that one great trade does not make a trader, and that discipline repeated over time does. All pips matter.

Family first

He and his wife, Enjoli, met as teenagers. More than two decades of marriage and four children later, family is still the reason for all of it. He has rebuilt after business setbacks and financial losses, and he has lost both of his parents, including the mother who was his greatest supporter. Those seasons taught him that wealth with nobody to share it with means very little, and that success without purpose runs empty.

Where it is going

His aim is to touch one billion lives through financial literacy, education, mentorship and community, and to help close the wealth gap by teaching skills that were never taught equally. The method is as old as it is simple: each one, teach one.

How I actually teach it

Not tips and not screenshots after the fact. A repeatable way to mark a chart, find the level that matters, and know your risk before the candle prints.

The MB Strategy

Fibonacci settings I adjusted over years to fit how I actually read a chart, combined with market structure, supply and demand, and volume metric order blocks. Not a secret indicator. A set of rules for where price reacts and what you do when it gets there.

The Olympus Scanner

My own scanning tool. It surfaces the conditions I am looking for so I am not flipping charts all session. Members learn what it flags and, more importantly, when to ignore it.

Taught in order

Handing somebody a settings screenshot without the reasoning underneath just gets them into worse trades faster. So it comes in pieces, in sequence, and the reasoning comes first.

How do I get into The Vault?

You earn your seat. Start your application, open your trading account through the link in your steps, send your confirmation at the door, and I approve you personally. The Vault is not a subscription and there is no card to enter.

Do I have to open a trading account to get in?

For The Vault, yes. That is the condition of entry and I say it up front rather than after you have applied. To learn from me, no. My sessions on 1House.TV and the five starter lessons are there whether you ever open an account or not.

What should I know before I fund an account?

Read “Before you open a trading account” on the first. It sets out the regulatory position in plain language, including what protections you do not have. Search the company’s name yourself as well; it is shown on the sign-up page. Then decide, and only deposit what you could lose entirely without it changing your life.

Is this financial advice?

No. I am not a registered investment adviser and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. It is education and commentary on my own trading. Your account, your decisions, your risk.

What is 1House.TV, and what do I get there?

How long does approval take?

Can I share my invite with a friend?

It will not work. Every invite is made for one person and expires the moment it is used. If you want somebody in, send them to the application and they go through the same door you did.

Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, commodities, contracts for difference and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Leverage works in both directions and can empty an account faster than it can grow one.

Your data

Information submitted through the application is used to review that application, to contact you about the chat, and to keep a record of applicants. It is stored in the systems used to run this operation and is not sold. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by replying to any email or messaging me on Telegram.

Call, speaking and media requests sent through the Contact page are delivered to my business inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, and a copy is kept in the systems used to run this operation. They are used only to answer that request.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and steps people use, so I can fix the parts that confuse people. It sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. It is not used for advertising, and your name, email and phone number are never sent to it. If you are in Europe or the United Kingdom you are asked first, and you can say no.

If you sign in to the member area, the site keeps a sign-in cookie on your device for 30 days and asks Telegram whether your Telegram account is a member of The Vault. It sees your Telegram first name and username, nothing else: not your phone number and not your chats. Your onboarding ticks and quiz score are saved on your own device.
